Cake Pops

I have been searching for a recipe for cake pops that did not use packaged cake mix and packaged frosting.  Well, I finally found it.  These are delicious.  They are better cool.  I've been storing them in the garage this winter so they are chilled.  When they are served at room temperature, they are not as good.  Thanks Martha Stewart for the great recipe! 9-by-13-inch Chocolate cake (listed below) 2 c. Cream cheese buttercream frosting (listed below) 1 package chocolate coating bark 1 package white coating bark or pink candy melts Sprinkles, for garnish Candy-coated chocolates, such as M&M's, for garnish Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Trim about 1/2 inch from the perimeter of the cake. Working in batches, crumble cake into the bowl of a food processor; process until fine crumbs form.
