Lemon Delight
1 1/2 c flour
3/4 c margarine
1 c powdered sugar
2 pkgs instant lemond pudding
3/4 c chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz cool whip
3 c cold milk
Heat oven to 375. Mix flour, pecans and margarine. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake for 12-20 minutes, to light brown. Cool. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in generous one cup of cool whip. Spread into cooled crust. Combine pudding and milk. Spread over cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and chill.
