Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t bp
1/4 t salt
1/2 c half and half
1/4 c oil
1/2 t lemon extract
1 egg
1/2 T poppy seeds

Combine half and half, oil, lemon extract and egg.  Beat well.  Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.  Add dry ingredients to liquids.  Add poppy seeds.  Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.  Bake at 400 for 18-23 minutes or until golden color
