Beef Burgundy

1/3 c flour
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 pounds stew meat, cubed
1 1/2 c baby carrots
10 oz package pearl onion
8 ounces whole mushrooms
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bay leaf
10 oz can condensed beef consume
1 c water
1/2 c burgundy wine

In a 3 1/2-4 qt slow cooker, combine flour, salt, pepper and stew meat.  Mix well.  Add remaining ingredients mixing well.  Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
