Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas
1 pound beef flank steak
1 medium onion, cut in strips
1/2 c medium salsa
2 T fresh lime juice
2 T chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T chili powder
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t salt
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 red pepper, cut in strips
Cut flank steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin strips. Combine onion, 1/2 cup salsa, lime, juice, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, cumin salt in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Add peppers. Cover. Cook on low for one hour. Serve with flour tortillas and additional salsa.
