Creamy Fettuccine
I'm not sure where I originally found this recipe. It is now one of the recipes that has had a home in recipe card box.
12 oz package fettuccine noodles
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c milk
4 T butter
2 T chopped parsley
1/4 t cracked pepper
In a 6 qt saucepan, prepare fettuccine noodles according to package directions. Drain and return noodles to pot. Over low heat, gently toss noodles with parmesan cheese, milk, butter, parsley and pepper. Stir until butter is melted. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings
