Baked salmon
3/4 t dill
1/2 t lemon pepper
1/2 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1 1/2 lb salmon
1/4 c brown sugar
3 T chicken broth
3 T oil
4 T soy sauce
3 T finely chopped green onions
1 small lemon, thinly sliced
2 onions, sliced and separated into rings
Marinade: combine brown sugar, broth, oil, soy, onions. Marinade salmon in this mixture for 1-2 hours. Drain. Place salmon, skin side down into pan or foil if cooking on the grill. Combine dill, lemon pepper, salt and garlic. Spread over salmon. Place lemon and onion slices overlapped on top of the salmon. Pour a little of the marinade over the fillets. Cover and bake for 10-20 minutes at 350. Cook until the top of the salmon appears white to pink in color.
